Does anyone know how the diversity programs at EBs work? Specifically Evercore, PJT, Moelis, PWP, Lazard. They are vague in their descriptions and I want to know if they lead to automatic interviews/superdays? How technical do these interviews get? Would love to hear from someone who went through the process. Also sad I have to say this but please dont flood this thread with your personal opinion on these programs
