Economics major looking for suggestions

Hi everyone,

I'm currently an undergrad junior majoring in economics from a semi-target/non-target school (MS, Citi, GS recruit here but only occasionally.) I have completed 3 internships thus far. My main interests are international and behavioral economics, with hopes to enter into the consulting field. I have experience in economic research positions as well as business development.

I think I've somewhat successfully built my resume but I attend a semi-target school, so I'm looking for some suggestions on realistic firms I could apply to in regards to my interests.
