Email HR on a Saturday?
Have an exploding offer for SA 2023 that expires this Friday. Waitlisted after Superday at another bank. Should I email their HR today or wait til Monday asking for a final decision?

Yes, a lot of HR people work on Saturday (especially during recruiting season) and, given your circumstances, I don't think your email will come across as desperate or obnoxious. Also, they'll likely reply earlier on Monday morning if you send it today
