Equity grants - RSU/LTIP questions
posting on here to get more traction. have a potential opportunity to join a new startup like company and they want to offer RSUs/LTIP to me but they don't have formal documentation in place yet and are working on that. i'm hoping to get more details soon but what are key questions i should be focusing on to ask and making sure i don't get screwed here? vesting, acceleration and liquidity are things i'd consider, any other topics i should be aware of and how to spin it in a way that might not come off as overbearing to the execs?
