ER or IB
So I currently have 2 offers one from Investec as ER and other from premier domestic investment bank for IB which one should I go for?

If you want to do IB, take the IB. If you want to do ER, take Investec (or IB).
IB is the overall option with most optionality here.
Investec's brand isn't so strong that it really should be a point of contention here. It's really about what job you're interested in.
thats what I am confused about I like ER (I writing reports on substack when I am free) but I have seen IB takes front seat when it comes to pay / the exiting opportunities are more exciting. also domestic IB is from India.
Hours is not really a concern for me.
