I recently interviewed for an executive director role at JP Morgan (non IBD) - went through 3 rounds so far, including HR. Last 2 interviews were 1hr each with VPs, one of whom would be a direct report to the role. No update from HR.
Is it common for role of this seniority to be interviewed by VPs and how long does it typically take to hear back on the next steps?
