Experienced Candidates Programs — Thread

Hi everyone. Thought it would be nice to put together a thread for programs that target experienced candidates that come from non-finance backgrounds. I feel like there’s been a few popping up these past few years, and thought it would be a good idea to consolidate for those of us that are trying to break into the industry post-college. Also thought we can shed some clarity on whether these programs are for diversity (URMs), or if they are open to non-diverse (white/asian/male hires).

Morgan Stanley’s Experienced Professionals Program (is this diversity?);

Goldman Sach’s Bridge to Banking program;

Point72s Investment Analyst Academy Program;

Are there others? Thanks
