I've seen a lot of analyst trading resumes but what do experienced trading resumes look like? I was wondering do people put their yearly PnL on their resumes or their mean/standard deviations of their returns?(this could be completely wrong)
When hedgefunds/buy side firms/other sell side banks are looking to hire laterally or from competitors, what do they consider?
