I have an interview with FINRA and one of requirements is a writing assessment. Does anyone have any ideas what are the essay topics?

Write an essay about how you plan to catch actual crooks like Madoff and Skilling, while getting rid of the bullshit rules that make it hard for honest people [like me] to do business. I do everything possible to ensure our group is well within the specified guidlines, and some of the rules are fucking stupid and really just serve to make our lives harder so it LOOKS like they are doing their job. I pass the FINRA building on my way to work every morning, and it takes every ounce of willpower in me not to throw a rock through the window.
For what it's worth, I understand their function......how about writing an essay explaining how you will be the one to start making FINRA serve that function.
