Firm terminated my contract 3 weeks after hiring me. Should I tell me next employer what happened?

This firm is based in Germany. They offered me this role last year in October but wanted me to relocate. This role was originally based in London office but they wanted to make sure that I had all the resources to develop which the new London office cannot provide. I declined the offer because I didn't want to relocate and so I did not sign the contract. My contract with current firm runs out and they did not offer me a permanent role. I interviewed with two firms but lost to other candidates in final round. So I went back to this recruiter who earlier set me up with the firm based in Germany. An just after one phone call they sent me a contract to sign. When I started working in Germany on second day the manager told me that there has been some miscommunication and that they offered me a contract without proper due diligence. I don't want to get into what was happening in the background but 3 weeks later they terminated my contract saying I am not ready to work on their desk yet as they don't have time to develop me. If they thought that  I was ready then why the hell did they want me to relocate and learn the skills? Now I am interviewing with other firms and I want to know if I should tell the next employer of what happened with this last job? The recruiter who set me up with this unknown firm said that this firm will not give a bad feedback if someone did a background check as this was an unfortunate situation for me and the firm.
