How to have a Positive Outlook

I feel like I am running in circles throughout this year plus job search. It doesn't matter how many emails I send or applications I fill out, as I inevitably end up in the same place. I understand the market is awful, but I have no idea what to do. Is my option to take a random job and hope I can lateral in 1-2 years? I feel like firms will view me from my random role vs previous relevant internships and opt for traditional college kids.

My ambition and desire are to get my life started in a career, but I can't make companies start hiring. I have been in such a bad place mentally throughout this past year and would love to hear any advice / insight about how to overcome this.
