(FRAT ALUM GTFIH) AM I GONNA PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK WITH THIS NEWS ARTICLE FLOATING AROUND

Recently signed for 2025 SA at a MF, now I don't have a DUI or anything stupid on my record, but there is a few regional/local/college news articles and tidbits on various social media floating around of alleged s****l assault (I don't want to go further on whether it actually happened or not) by my fraternity on campus, which also includes my first and last name on the news article as I'm on the e-board. Normally this wouldn't be a concern, but since my name is attached to these, they will definitely show up on a background check. I've paid for a couple hours session with a good lawyer and I'm working on contacting all the news sites and social media apps to get these taken down or at least my name omitted before background checks happen.

Any advice on other actions I could take to position myself as best as I possibly can to pass a background check?
