Freshman Year Summer Internship
Hello Monkeys,
I’m a freshman at a large non-target school in the U.S. aiming to land a summer IB internship, especially with smaller banks in NYC. Any advice on banks that might consider freshmen or tips on how to stand out? I’m first-gen Asian, so I don’t really qualify for most diversity programs.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
