FT Networking Issues
Currently working at a BB in a satellite office and am attempting to network as I'm unsure if they can internally transfer me for full-time. Anyone else having almost zero traction with emails? For SA recruiting I had a pretty good response rate but it seems like for FT it has dropped to nearly nothing. Is this a function of the economy and firms taking less FT analysts or what? Unsure of what to do. Any advice to get more traction would be appreciated.

In the same boat here, but most FT networking calls have ended in some variation of “we don’t have clarity on the full time process yet, reach back out later”
