Know the lateral market is pretty frozen for the most part rn given state of macro environment, no m&a / ipo activity etc - will this persist into Q3/Q4 of 2023 & into Q1 2024?
For context: current junior with internship coming up, considering ft recruiting to another city / part of the country for myself, not to move upwards or anything - alr at a great bank.
