Hey guys. I'm interested in recruiting for banking, specifically, boutiques. I had shit luck this cycle with banks, mostly due to not networking and bad technical knowledge honestly. I ended up accepting an offer from a mid-tier growth equity firm for this summer. I was wondering if I will be in a decent spot for full-time recruiting at top-tier banks PJT/EVR/LAZ/CVP or if I should just stick to vc/growth recruiting.
