Future UNI student needing advice
Hello, I am an incoming afm student at university of Waterloo and I just wanted some advice on how to maximize my opportunities, what habits to have and how you’ve networked to help break into investment banking. I may have a naive approach and I’m not sure if I’m using this website properly but I thought this is the best place for any advice that would be greatly appreciated.
Canadian as well, join Waterloo's investment clubs and try to join the intercollegiate clubs that waterloo has a chapter in. Get familiar with upper years who are recruiting/ landed and with your career services team/co-op advisor. They'll give you more specific advice from there.
