Currently a sophomore looking at diversity events for BBs, EBs, and MMs. I'm pretty new to the IB process, and have talked to a few people who mentioned diversity events. Are these types of events solely resume drops? or do you have to network for them?
I wasn't able to get a clear answer, and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.
