Georgetown Clubs
Hi, i'm a rising freshman to Georgetown MSB and I was wondering what clubs/groups would be most beneficial for recruiting? I'm aware GUSIF is top tier but are there any other options, do they need to be investment fund clubs in order to be impactful? Is there a technical aspect towards the interview, are you expected, as a freshman applying, to already have decent technical skill? I am also aware that you don't "need" clubs to break in, but from what I've seen most who have gotten into these top tier firms usually have involvement and leadership in these clubs. Thank you all for your insight or advice.

Friends who went to GT have done Zeeba and landed JPM
The most consistent placement comes from clubs like GCI and GCAP - legacy brands with real alumni networks. Don't let the other threads fool you, GUSIF/Zeeba is completely irrelevant on campus now (current senior) and the best placements came from Thetha Investment Group.
