Getting a quant job after bachelor in Math and Economics

I’ve read that plenty of Math majors from the University of Pennsylvania go on to work as quants. I am doing a Math and Economics double degree at a better department for math at the Hebrew University, how can I search for and find a job as Quant in the US after graduation considering I’m not from the US.
