Getting Into a Regional Boutique
I am currently 2 years out of school working a mechanical engineer in Houston, TX and I am trying to secure an opportunity at a regional boutique investment bank. I am hoping that I might be able to network and eventually secure some sort of internship opportunity, which I could then hopefully convert into a full-time opportunity. Is this a feasible path?
For networking with these firms, who should I reach out to? I see advice online that says to reach out to analysts/associates and also advice saying to reach out to VPs/MDs. Any advice that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.
