Goldman Sachs HCM questionnaire forms to official offer timeline

Hi - appreciate this may have been asked before however I am trying to get a clear understanding of:

What does it mean after 7 interviews (incl. MD interview), HCM requested me to fill in 2 forms (disclosure + compensation)? I was chased withing a few hours by e-mail about this and had a call agreeing on what they could match my base

My status on candidate profile went from Interview completed -> Pending Documentation ->back to interview completed.

Whats the timeline from completing forms to having an offer sent through?

Thanks-
