So what exactly does this mean? I have an application from 3 weeks ago that says this, and I never got contacted. Now I have another that was just updated to this two days ago. Is this automated? Has anyone noticed how long it took to go from this to an interview invite?

Yeah mine changed to that status also. It must just be a system update to move "skillset match" to "resume under review" lol
Someone actually contacted me within a day of one of mine changing to this status recently. The other two older ones I haven't heard anything, so I'm assuming either they immediately contact you or ur fucked but idk
