GPA
Advice for someone with a fairly low gpa from a semi-target. I have phenomenal internship experience but worried my sub 3.5 will hurt me for principal side roles. My GPA isn’t horrible (above a 3.3) but definitely not great. Will my work experience make up for grades for FT recruiting?
Should be fine, or I think your life may be over.

Depends what type of firms you’re targeting. Most won’t care, small percentage will.
What type of firms would you say to target?
I targeted JPM/MS/GS coming out of school and it worked out for me. I think that’s a great target since firms like those tend to have steady pipelines of analyst classes.
Look into grade forgiveness if your school offers it, I got a D in one class(everything else came out to like a 3.8), took it online over the summer and got an A, boosted my GPA by like .2-.3
