Gpa in IB recruiting

I am a freshman at a non-target looking to break into MM/BB IB. had a 4.0 last semester but prob going to end with a 3.85 for recruiting. is this going to make any difference? By the time recruiting starts I will have 3 internships completed (RE, small REPE, WM)
