GPA or experience?
Would you rather hire a 3.7-4.0 kid with no internship experience or a 3.5 kid with a venture capital and boutique investment banking internship under their belt

Pretty obviously the one with internship experience. The .2-.4 bump just means your better at using chegg and ChatGPT let’s be real
Experience > GPA especially if the difference is only .2. If the GPA was below 3.3, maybe it'd be different but for most banks, the GPA requirement is only 3.5 anyway. If you're from a target, have relevant internships, and a 3.5+ you should be just fine with recruiting. With a 3.7 from a target, you will struggle more(relatively).
