Has hiring, specifically for laterals picked up?
From my own research the answer is no. But going based off company career sites, usually 1-2 roles max for junior roles at least. Really poor and slightly discouraging, I’ve sent over 100 apps the last 4 weeks and have had two interviews, but have been invited to further rounds.
