Have a second round interview with the same person?
Hey everyone,
I am very new to the interviewing game so I apologize if this is a stupid question. I had a first-round interview with an AM firm last week with two employees at the same time. I got a call to schedule my second-round interview, and once they sent me the details, I saw that one of the interviewers I had in the first-round is also interviewing me in the second-round. Is this normal? Any tips on not sounding stupid if anyone else has had this experience? I was already nervous to begin with as the first-round was my first ever interview. I am worried about sounding repetitive.
