Headhunters reaching out

Was wondering for any 2027 grads if headhunters have been reaching out. If so, do you have your return offer listed on your LinkedIn? How are they reaching out to you. For all purposes I don’t have my return listed on my LinkedIn but was wondering if I should.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, headhunters typically do not actively reach out to undergraduates or recent grads unless you have substantial full-time experience or a strong connection. For 2027 grads, it’s unlikely that headhunters will initiate contact unless you stand out significantly.

If you’re considering whether to list your return offer on LinkedIn, it’s worth noting that recruiters often use LinkedIn to identify candidates. However, simply listing your return offer may not guarantee outreach from headhunters. Instead, focus on building a strong profile that highlights your skills, experience, and achievements. Additionally, proactively reaching out to headhunters or networking with professionals in your target industry can be more effective than waiting for them to contact you.
