Help deciding between offers & Career Advice

Hey all, looking for honest advice on a career decision.

I'm 22, graduating this May with a Finance degree (3.8 specialty GPA, Dean's List). My long-term goal is entrepreneurship — I want to build and acquire businesses starting in my region and eventually globally, and build a family office. I'm trying to figure out which role gives me the best training ground.

Offer A — M&A Analyst (Full-Time) at a bulge bracket CIB (largest in my region). Based in a major city covering cross-border M&A across multiple countries. Real deal flow, strong brand, transferable skills. Comp is competitive for the region. The catch: my work visa is pending and approval depends on my case officer — it's likely but not guaranteed.

Offer B — Underwriting Analyst at a renewables shop in a Tier A US city. Can simultaneously pursue an MSF at a nearby school. Gives me US experience on my resume and the option to recruit for other roles after the master's. The firm is small and not well-known, but it's in the US which I value.

I'd love to stay in the US near-term to train, but if the better training ground is outside the US, that's what makes me hesitate. I want the least amount of time training before I start acquiring businesses — MBA is not an option because it takes too long. The plan after either path is to do an MSF and pivot into a small PE shop or boutique in the US, then go build.

Basically, it comes down to: the role I want in a country I don't, versus a role I don't necessarily want in the country I do.

Should I sign both and decide once the visa situation is resolved? Or is one clearly better than the other?

Appreciate any input.
