[HELP] Is This Pre-IPO Job Offer Good?

Currently a burnt-out 2nd year analyst at a BB/EB (with 3 years of work experience) tired of the lack of WLB and weekend visibility.

Wanted to get some perspective on whether the below is a good offer or not. Am pretty interested in the role, has great room for upward mobility and is fully remote. Money is less of a concern but wanted to see if I'm getting lowballed vs peers.

Corp Finance/IR @ pre-IPO tech company expected to go public this year/soon. Company is doing well with 2000+ employees.
$130k base + 100% equity vested over 4 years w/ a 1 year cliff (this would mean about ~$163k/year total comp)
Expected normal working hours (40-50h/week)
Fully remote

You're probably getting lowballed on your cash component, there is likely upward room there. Those equity terms are industry standard for a company at that stage. I would recommend looking into what the post-employment exercise window is on your equity is as well. Historically those have been in the 90-180 day range but have drastically increased since the bottom has fallen out of the exit market.
