Help me choose an offer for sophomore summer

Hi guys, I have two offers to choose between for sophomore summer. I'm mostly just looking for which position would look better on my resume.

Offer one: big 5 canadian bank, working in fixed income reconciliations

Offer two: MetLife, real estate analyst

I want to do IB or some other front office gig in junior year. Both positions pay around the same, based in nyc area. I know BMO would be more like middle or back office because its reconciliations. MetLife idk. Please let me know!!

Which one do you think is better
