Hesitating between two M&A internships
Hello, I already have several experiences in Corporate finance (one internship in valuation and I’m currently an M&A analyst intern in a SmidCap boutique). I’m from one of the best BS in France and Europe. I’m fourth year BBA student with a specialisation in corporate finance. Next year I will do a master degree in finance. I have received two internship offers in M&A. One from PwC and one from Clearwater. Which one should I choose?
If you want to stay in France => EdR
If you are willing to move abroad => PwC
Thank you, both offers are in France (Lyon if you know the city). In the future, I don't know if I will work in France or not. It will depend on the geopolitical and fiscal context. So maybe the best choice is PwC?
I'm French too, EdR is very well established in France but I think they are unknown anywhere else for their M&A activities.
Would be great to have international opinions. Did you try calling current interns to have clearance about the tasks and team spirit ? Might be important too
