Houlihan Lokey Financial Analyst Interview
Hi,
I have a first round interview with Houlihan Lokey on campus next week. It is for the Restructuring/corporate finance position in Chicago. I was wondering if anyone had interviewed for the position in the past and could offer any advice. I have been preparing mostly for the technical portion but I am an economics major and don't have in depth knowledge on finance/accounting.

I have an interview coming up with HLHZ's Restructuring group (full time) next week.
Can anyone here advise or suggest what a restructuring group would interview on? Anything different from another group?
I've heard through the grapevine it's very heavy on accounting knowledge.

Agree with the two previous posts. Very technical...LA office is much more laid back compared to NY, but they tend to stick with USC and UCLA kids so tough to break into from any other school.
