For our class, I'd say 25% are exceeding expectations, 50% are meeting expectations (expectations are very low), and 25% are awful and I can't wait to never have to see them again
The other posters captured my sentiments pretty well - expectations are not as much re: technical competency, but rather good attitudes and work ethics
we are all full of life knowing we have 1/2 more years of college before we turn into the miserable analysts we see every day
