How bad is 2025?

How screwed am I if I only have 1 2nd round lined up as of 3/22? I emailed so many recruiters and they said "due to the volume of applications, the process is taking longer than expected." I have also gotten the "this has been our most competitive cycle yet."

Is anyone else experiencing the delay in getting back after sending apps / submitting hirevues? Trying to see if I am just not getting a job or they are genuinely backed up.

I am at my wits end and am so close to sending expletive ridden emails to the recruiters who only tell you you're rejected after you email them to follow up.
