How can I get a summer internship soon?

I'm a senior majoring in economics at UCF, and I'll be graduating this fall. I haven't had any internship offers thus far, and I need some relevant experience. I transferred down here from a community college in NY with an AS business administration. I started there in high school so I'm graduating a semester early. I have experience with customer service and hospitality jobs, and I interned with a realtor who's family friend a few years ago. I work at a hotel as a parking cashier right now. I have my FL real estate license but I'm focusing more on corporate jobs than real estate sales now. I'm teaching myself Tableau and created a Tableau public profile. My cumulative GPA is 3.23 and my UCF GPA is 3.13.

I'm primarily applying to general sales, data analyst/analyst and supply chain/logistics internships and I'm getting rejected by all of them. I'm applying to paid internships, but will accept any pay rate. I look for positions that will enhance my resume and be relevant for my future goals. I'm getting some interviews and I'm waiting to hear back from a few companies. But so far, I've had zero offers. I tweaked my resume again last night and recently created a cover letter. I'm aware of the importance of networking but no one in my immediate network has offers or works in roles, companies, and/or industries that interest me. My contacts don't have offers. How can I network with such a strict deadline? I'm prioritizing my schoolwork and becoming more active in student organizations now, but I'm worried that it may be too late. I'm really worried for my future. Any help will be appreciated. TIA
