How can I improve my speech?

When I type, I feel as though I can convey myself well. But when talking to others or in interviews, I sort of freeze up, for example:

ASML is able to basically set costs as high as they need to due to their monopoly over EUV Lithography systems, allowing them insanely high margins for software companies.

Versus

ASML has strong pricing power due to a lack of viable substitutes in EUV lithography, allowing it to maintain industry-leading margins.

How do I go from number one to number two in interviews and with my general speech?

Thank you for the assistance!

I got on beta blockers which fixed maybe 60-70% of the issue but still act similar. Think I’m just autistic, idk

I see.. i'm not sure if my issue has to do with anxiety.. I feel like the anxiety might make me speak better lol

Reps is the simple answer honestly, you’ll get more comfortable with it and stop rushing/hedging (‘like, basically’) your statements

If you want to reduce the filler words separate to the anxiety (which it sounds like you get, not chronic just standard interview stress) then there are various programmes for that online with at home practice

like others said, the best way is practice. in addition to that, get comfortable with silence. pause before you answer instead of rushing to speak. be okay with pausing or slowing down in the middle of a sentence to ensure that your next words are chosen carefully.
