how do banks do employment verification
i’m doing an part time internship right now but really wanna quit, as it’s taking me so much time. i was wondering if this ‘bad impression’ might hurt when i get background checked. also, i’ve interned at places outside of the US that don’t speak english at all, so how do they verify that experience then?
One way they do it is through emailing and calling direct managers. Sometime they reach out to HR personnel. :-)
And they outsource this, so there maybe people that speak foreign languages
make sense. will they ask how well did i do or stuff like that? or simply confirm if i work there?
