How do I network for diversity program at JPM?

Hello to everyone reading this. Its my first time posting on WSO but figured I would give it a shot.

Really looking to figure out right now how I can network for a role, which as of right now is the 2025 JPM Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Investment Banking Track Fellowship. As of right now, I have few leads for 2026 summer (GS PWM 2026 and WF 2026) that I got from some recruiters

However, my problem is that i've tried emailing analysts and recruiters, sent out about 60 emails last night for this specific role at JPM and absolutely zero response. I have a superday for a similar role (JPM Corporate Analyst program), but its in Colombus ohio and im really not interested in that pathway.

What can I do to increase of my chances of getting an interview for the IB track instead? This is my best shot rn, and I've been applying and networking to alot of other roles, but I want to give this one my best effort given how good of an opportunity it is.

Any advice would be appreciated, im literally willing to do everything and anything.

Thanks so much to everyone who reads/responds
