How do I network/apply to jobs while working in the office?
I'm interested in lateraling to another bank in 2021 but am having a difficult time networking/interviewing because my firm has a mandatory return to office policy.
What is the best way to set up calls while not making it obvious to my team that I'm looking to leave? I realize that I should use vacation days for some interviews but I don't get many and networking calls usually happen between 8 am-7 pm when seniors are always around. I even interviewed while in the building on another floor the other week, which I realize is a terrible idea.
