If internships for IB begin Sophomore Spring semester, that means an internship during the summer after Freshman year is the only one in the resume since the summer after Sophomore year hasn’t occurred yet (assuming you didn’t do any internships before starting college). Interning during the school year, having a good sophomore internship lined up that you can still talk about in concept during interviews, school projects/competitions/clubs, having a decent freshman summer internship. Don’t discount the weight of networking & GPA either.
