How does full-time recruitment work?
I am a current sophomore who just accepted a SA position for summer 2023. I love the culture and people at the firm but am also being risk averse and am scared that I won’t like the firm/exit oops aren’t good— in the event that I want to recruit for another firm full- time how does that work and how hard is it to do?
