How late is too late?
The majority of people break into IB right after UG. Some of them work in their field of study and then break in after doing an MBA for a career change. What age is the oldest person you have seen breaking in (without significant experience in a closely-related area)?
Knew a guy in his late 30s who broke in as an analyst to a top firm. No MBA. It is really never too late.
You think he can possibly stay long term?
This was actually 3-4 years ago and he is still in IB. Great guy
