Dislike my post MBA job in front office finance , but pre MBA jobs were 2 year, 1 year, 2 year. How long do i need stay in my current job before I switch? I will stay in the same industry but want to change a firm. I’m thinking 2 years, but gave also been told that 1 year might be okay too.
