How many Interviews Before Offer? (SA)
Currently have a first round interview at a MM bank, and I'm interested in just how many interviews people generally go through before getting to a superday when recruiting for IB SA positions.
2-3 seems normal from my experience
From my experience, for banking every process has been a first round phone/video call followed by an in-person or virtual superday.
For PE, I’ve had some form of online assessment, first round phone call, second round case study, followed by the superday
