How much does a first year internship matter?
I just finished my first year and have been looking for an internship since early march, because I joined some finance clubs late I and wanted them on my resume. There's not much open now and I have applied to around 60 jobs, while also reaching out to a few people from half of those firms asking for a chat and got two in total. Also two interviews but both denied.
How much does a first year internship help in landing a good second year one?
