How much is WFH worth to you? $$
You have two job offers but one is fully remote and the other is 4-5 days in-office. What difference in salary would make you pick one over the other? I personally value the remote perk at $40K.
I agree at 40k. But you won’t be promoted as fast as in person job (controversial, I know).
Depends on your lifestyle. If you have kids or gf and want a chill life - go with remote.
If you are single and trying to climb corporate ladder as fast as possible- go in office.
