How to answer "Are you doing interviews w/ any other firms?" HR question
When get asked the above question plus at what stages those interviews are, do you use it as leverage and say that you are expecting final offers soon?

When I am asked this question, I always try to answer with banks in the same range where I had interviews (without lying, but I omit banks that are much stronger/weaker). The goal is to show that other banks want you, but the one you are interviewing is your first choice.
With this strategy I have already had some banks accelerating their process for me.
I was asked recently but didn't mention that I'm receiving final feedback soon, think that may have put me at a disadvantage, but too late now...
