I struggle with online applications. You fellows have tips? Literally none of my jobs in recent years come from online applications, even though I apply. I just seems the CV goes into some black hole.
And how do you handle the requested cover letter? I find it really time consuming to do a new cover letter each time, and a custom cover letter each time takes too long. Has anyone come up with a good format for off-the-shelf cover letters I can see?
